The Adjustable Soft Harness by Puppia has the best attributes of the Soft Harness and adds an adjustable neck!The Harness is made of cushiony mesh and the openings are lined with velour. The pressure is distributed across the chest. The neck has two Velcro® adjusting tabs for ease in putting the harness over your dog's head. The tabs don't come out of their guide loops, but it's a snap to put this harness on and adjust it. The chest strap adjusts and has a strong plastic clasp.
