duffel easily attaches to any leash, bag or belt loop, are small enough (the duffel measures 3 3/4 inches long, 1 1/2 inches in diameter) to be unobtrusive, but conveniently stows a roll of handle-tie waste bags to pick up after your dog. The duffel zips open to insert a roll of dogbags. There's a velcro strip and a swivel clip on the duffel to make it easy to attach to anything. Each duffel comes with 4 rolls of 12 dogbags.
